Who builds and supports it?

Brighter Day Digital is powered by Dreamdax Technology, who design and build the apps and websites, and WordPromise, who keep everything updated, secure and supported after launch. Steve stays involved from the first conversation, and you can reach Vinay Bansal, who leads the technology team, at [vinay@abrighterday.life](mailto:vinay@abrighterday.life).

Is our company information safe?

The guide answers only from the documents you approve. Access is set by role, so store teams see store policies and leadership material stays with leadership.

What if the guide doesn't know the answer?

It says so and sends the question to the right person or to HR. Those gaps show up in your dashboard so you can fill them.

We already use HR or payroll software. Do we have to replace it?

No. We connect to the systems you already use where we can, so balances and schedules come from the source, and bring everything else into the same app.

How long does it take?

A working preview with your own documents comes first, then a pilot in a few stores before the full rollout.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted after the discovery call, based on your locations, users and the tools you need.
