## Questions, _answered._

### What does a coaching engagement look like?

It starts with a conversation about your goals. From there, Steve shapes one-to-one or team coaching around The 5 Rules, with practical actions between sessions.

### Can Steve speak at our conference or company event?

Yes — keynotes are typically 45–60 minutes and can be paired with a workshop. Share your date and audience in the form.

### How do bulk book orders work?

Just contact Steve using the form. Every book in a bulk order is personally signed by Steve and shipped straight to you.

### Do you work with teams outside of retail?

Absolutely. The 5 Rules apply to any organization — and to families and individuals, too.
