In addition to this role, he is Co-founder and CEO of A Brighter Day Life, a business and leadership coaching firm headquartered in Colorado, as well as a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Speaker and Coach that inspires and empowers individuals and organizations.
With a passion for sharing insights as a thought leader, Steve focuses on optimizing returns on operational and marketing investments and is actively engaging with national independent grocery organizations, including NGA, ROFDA, and other state grocery associations.
